Electronic billing and payment methods beat paper-based methods when it comes to overall security of your personal and financial data. An estimated 85% of identity theft cases start with stolen paper invoices, statements, receipts and checks.
DataPath Administrative Services is SSAE 16 Type II compliant, and our web portals protect your information behind many layers of security. We have offered an electronic payment option for administration fees invoices for some time now. Soon we will also begin issuing fees invoices electronically. We think you’ll find our new billing procedures to be safe, effective, and convenient.
Effective March 1, 2015, invoices for FSA, HRA, and COBRA administration services will become paperless, issued only through your web portal, instead of also being mailed. Paperless invoices for HSA administration services will follow soon thereafter.
To access your invoices via web:
- Open Myrsc.com
- Click on “Documents”
- Select “Review Reports and Letters”
- Select the invoice for the appropriate billing period.
After March 1, 2015, there will be a $10 fee per statement if a paper invoice is requested.
